This is Very simple process anybody can do it.
Note: Take a Back Up for All files memory card is not needed, all message contact ill be erased so backup is must. To backup follow this post here
1. Go To Options In Main menu
2 Go to Security Options
3 Go to Security Wipe
4 Select 1 and 2 Options
5 Write Blackberry and Press Wipe
6 Volllllllllaaaaaa New BB
