Method
Make sure your on latest version of Kies
1) Install Samsung Mobile drivers
2) Install Samsung Kies
3)Take a backup of your SD-card or Internal memory, now format it
4) Reboot Your PC and Mobile
5) Go in Application >Development >USB Debugging uncheck(important) it
6) Start Kies and plug in your mobile connect your mobile select option Kies mode
7) Done wait till its done
Note:If you face problem mobiles not responding reboot the mobile.
