Custom APN for Android
Steps
1. Go in Settings
2. Select Mobile Networks
3. Select Access Point Names(APN)
4.Create a New APN
5. In Name Of the APN wite your carrier name like "airtel" your service provider.
6. In APN field write your access point address(check Here)
7. Everything else leave blank and save it .
8.Select the APN
Enjoy
Note : Go for internet package like 98 mobile office.
