Download & Install Latest Sony Companion
Start Sony Companion connect your phone a pop will appear about updating your device software click it, if it doesn't click on the first tab Support Zone Click start and the process will be guide by the application
Be patience DON'T CLOSE the process you can brick your phone or crash the software.

Go in the update center of your phone click it
Just click it the update will start
