First follow this steps 

For Blackberry Blackberry internet settings(Only NON BIS) 

For Android  Android Internet settings 

Now check your WhatsApp  it working If Not the is no problem with mobile network but  with Whatapp so follow this process to make it working.

2) Start Whatapp in your respective mobiles platforms.
